I am a 47 year old proud Mom and cancer survivor.

I live in Medina, Ohio and have a passion to help others in their fitness and nutrition goals.

I am a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute and hold advanced qualifications from AFFA, ASFA and Precision Nutrition. 

 

I started my fitness journey after surviving a long 4 year battle with cancer, so I understand life throws curve balls, but with your head held high and a little motivation, anything is possible.  

My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of others with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being. It has given me great satisfaction to share my extensive knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics to empower others with the faith, knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources in a training environment that motivates individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.  Life is an adventure , "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF."

 

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

I provide individual personal training, couples training, and family training in my home gym. I will assist in nutrition and design an effective program that will work for your body type.
